What is the warranty period?
The warranty period is one year (12 consecutive months) from the date of purchase.
How do I return a faulty sensor for replacement?
Contact the merchant where you purchased the Kenek sensor.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers failure of the sensor under normal usage. It does not cover damage caused by liquid or abuse.
